[JobEngine] JE Job Alert Guide

Download and activate JE Job Alert on your JobEngine (JE) 

After you purchase JE Job Alert plugin, go to “Your account” and download the file.

You have 2 ways to upload and activate JE Job Alert to your WordPress:
1. In back-end, click Plugins > Add New > Upload. Click “Choose File” to upload JE Job Alert file (must be in .zip format). Click “Install Now.”
2. Extract JE Job Alert in wp-content > plugins folder. Then, visit “Plugins” menu in back-end to activate it.

Once JE Job Alert is activated, it will be shown in Engine Settings menu list.

How to setup JE Job Alert in JobEngine 

Now you’re ready to get the ball rolling! Go to Engine Settings > JE Alert > Settings to set up your job alerts. In “Mailing Settings,” choose if your subscribers will receive new job notifications daily or weekly. You can also define the number of jobs included per email and the number of emails to send per batch. Don’t forget to save your settings.

The next thing to do is to make the subscriber’s form visible in your site. To do this, click Appearance > Widgets and drag and drop “JE Job Alert” widget to any sidebar.

In frontend, the subscriber’s form looks like this:

View your subscribers’ list and their information in Engine Settings > JE Alert > Subscribers.
