2.8. Manage the emails

From MicrojobEngine 1.1.2, Mailing section is removed. Emails are appropriately moved to each corresponding items in the Theme Options.

How? There are different mail templates ready for your site. Specifically:

  • Authentication Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Users):
    • Register mail: If you disable the option of email confirmation after registering (Engine Settings → Theme Options → Users  → Email Confirmation) users will receive this email after they successfully complete their registration. This mail does not include the password. Otherwise, users would receive two Confirm mail and Confirmed mail below.
    • Confirm mail: Sent to users after successful registration.
    • Confirmed mail: Sent to users to notify of successful email confirmation.
    • Forgotpass mail: Sent to user when he requests password reset.
    • Resetpass mail: Sent to user to notify him of successful password reset.
    • New message alert: Sent to user when he receives a new message.
  • Microjob Related Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Microjob):
    • New post notification: Sent to admin when a user submits a new mJob.
    • mJob approved notification: Sent to user to notify that one of his mJobs has been approved.
    • mJob rejected notification: Sent to user to notify that one of his submitted mJobs has been rejected.
    • mJob archived notification: Sent to user to notify that one of his posted mJobs has been archived.
  • Payment Package Related Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Payment Config):
    • Cash payment receipt: Sent to user when he pays the payment plan in cash.
    • Payment receipt: Sent to user when he pays by other gateways (excluding Cash).
  • Order Related Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Microjob):
    • New order notification: Sent to user when there is a new order for his mJob.
    • Delivered order: Sent to user when there is a new delivery for his order.
    • Accepted order: Sent to user when the buyer accepts his mJob delivery.
    • Order dispute (template for admin): Sent to admin when user disputes over a mJob order.
    • Order dispute (template for user): Sent to user when his partner disputes over a mJob order.
    • Micro job order request declined: Send to user when his micro job order request has been declined
    • Order Automatically Finished by System: Send to both buyer & seller when the status of an order is automatically switched to "Finished" after the waiting duration set by admin.
    • Order Finished - Commission Notification: Send to admins when the status of an order is switched to "Finished".
    • Inform users regarding deleted order by Admin: Send to users when admin deletes an order in backend.
    • Inform users regarding restored order by Admin: Send to users when admin restores an order in backend.
  • Custom Order Related Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Microjob):
    • Inform sellers about a new Custom order: Send to sellers when they have a new custom order from a buyer.
    • Inform buyers when sellers send the offer back: Send to buyers when they receive an offer back for their custom order.
    • Inform buyers when seller decline their Custom order: Send to buyers when their custom order is declined by the seller.
    • Inform sellers when the buyer reject their Offer: Send to sellers when the buyer rejects their offer.
  • Dispute Decision (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Microjob): Sent to user when admin makes final decision over a disputed order.

    • Buyer wins template
  • Withdraw Related Mail Template (Engine Settings → Theme Options  → Withdraw):
    • New secure code request: Sent to user when he requests a secure code.
    • New withdrawal request: Sent to admin when a user sends withdrawal request.
    • Withdrawal request approved: Sent to user when his withdrawal request has been approved.
    • Withdrawal request declined: Sent to user when his withdrawal request has been declined.
